Besra Gold Inc (ASX: BEZ) (the Company) advises that its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on December 7, 2026 (Toronto, Canada time) corresponding to December 8, 2026 (Perth, Australia time). The Company has fixed close of business on October 9, 2026 (Toronto, Canada time) as the record date for the purpose of determining which of its shareholders will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the AGM.
