Notice Required Under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1

As previously advised, Besra Gold Inc (ASX: BEZ) (Besra or the Company) will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 7, 2026 (Toronto, Canada time) corresponding to December 8, 2026 (Perth, Australia time).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for receiving nominations from persons who wish to be considered for election as a director at the AGM is November 6, 2026.

Nominations must be made in accordance with the Company’s Advance Notice By-Law, and received by the secretary of the Company by no later than 5:00pm (Melbourne time) on November 6, 2026.
